All we need is one more Republican co-sponsor in the senate to avoid a fillibuster and JD Vance was a no before, now since Trumps announcement backing cannabis, Vance will vote yes and we will have the 9th vote needed to get SAFER Banking passed.

Ohhh hold on Chuck Schumer knows this, so why is he not putting SAFE Banking to a floor vote? Is he waiting for the lame duck period? We have the votes, why delay the inevitable?
