RE:Dividends Jonyrd, it's simple explanation.   People Bidding higher than your Ask.   Why, who knows, but one reason could be that your ASK for 15 was not shown/displayed when sent to market.   Next ask could have been displayed like 16.... So any bids went to you at a higher price than your 15 because people putting in bids at higher prices not knowing your 15 ask.  

I had sell orders and buy orders that I sent to market not show up before.  In fact a few of my last sell order on BPO didn't show up on quotes.

I believe this happens all the time.    It's just that BPO is very ill-liquid so you can notice these things.
