Good evening.

Since I did not buy nor sell shares last week, the screw-up in record and ex-dividend dates does not affect me monetarily.  But it sure annoys me.

The folks at BPO, BPY and BN have shown a lack of responsibility.  There is no excuse for that (I include BN because I contacted them last week and nothing was done).

As far as a lawsuit, there is no point. The only shares potentially affected are those traded last Friday (Sept 13). I estimate less than 50,000 BPO shares traded and the average dividend is below $0.40. So the total "damage" is limited to less than $20,000.

Still management at all levels of Brookfield should know better and show more respects for preferred shareholders.
