Unfortunately, however, much of this research is still not filtering down to those that need it the most – the wineries themselves and investors.
There is a lack of urgency and focus at Peller over the last 3 years. The company is not in great financial shape. They are not investing enough in their Ontario properties. They need to cut the dividend. They need to think about themselves as a hospitality company that serves alcoholic beverages.
