IMO maybe Musk & other Tunnel Boring Conglomerates just didn't want to deal with Risks utilizing Plasma Tech for Deadline Time intensive Projects --

Looks Like Troy / EarthGrid maybe the Visionary to Break the Same Old Same Old Tech -- and also maybe Climate Regulation Pundits just haven't addressed Tunnel Boring specialty --

But $18B investment startup seed -- looks like Somebody is Convined ! 

* i remember several posts down the SH Queue here where few implying EarthGrid & Pyro was DOA (Dead On Arrival) due to low early investment interest for Ordinary Investor Funding Oppty --

Now Look -- WhaaLaa New Life starting with $18B !
