Selling pressure
I'm not convinced that shareholders selling here really know why they are selling, other than "stock down = bad". It is not unfathomable that the company could make a SIB at $17 right now, perhaps for 2 million shares. That would also help to assauge unhappy shareholders from the stock buyback from June.
