This is the next hurtle. I suspect that Tudor now objects to the LOO and we end up waiting for the appeal which takes months if not years, then if they lose that we end up in court for the final remedy. Sea then has to sit and wait for a partner to finally jump in once a definitive agreement is finally in place. When you talk about billions of dollars people will sit and leave these things in the courts hands for years while the lawyers make millions and we make nothing.
