There is nothing to date that is worth worry or party, they need the laws to be amended and that will take the beat down of the coup and higher SPs to post will come...this is a given, unless the rule of law becomes a casualty of the coup!!
They have a more than heavy lift without the 'law' on their side and they could stay with the fentanyl laced but that is not legal?? Viola, we need to legalize and control the product, much the same as alcohol and with producers that have books/ records and follow the law? They can not fight the poison on the street with anything but inspected, government sanctioned production and sales avenues of the bud....the folks that follow the law have nothing to be worried about, lawbreakers not so good, just pay fines and maybe the 'crowbar rest home' option.
They are there now pretty much and as the government get's their focus back, and it came along big today but still a long ways to go. R&D coin in producers like Canopy will be going full bore...cannabis will do more than good on the Med side, of which has barely scratched the surface globally. Cannabis has much more to offer many now and as they focus Med, it is going to be bigger than Elvis!!
All the barking shite is entertainment...this is a global market and high quality is in high demand and will grow from here. They need to get the system and the laws together and Canopy et al will shelve the bud...it has a nice start and will improve plenty from here. Add up the acres Canopy has ready along with many other top shelf producers and all will be well and better for those that own a stake??
