Welcome to the board.  Nice find with the article.  But the numbers does add up.  They are producting light REEs and only producting 400 tons put year.  Ucore is going after the heavy REEs and plan to product 1400 to 1500 tons per year plus about a 1000 tons of the lights.  Remember that the first phase of Ucore's first commerial plant is 2500 tons.  That goes up to 7500 tons per year.  Can they both make money?  Sure, the demand is only going to increase the more green tech comes on line.
