Next few Q's should show a significant reduction in SG&A (reorg costs in the rear view & the salary for Mike/other execs shifting over to the PNG business as they focus their time in $HOH). Base business should be generating strong free cash flow (tax free!) with an additional boost from any accretive acquistions they can layer on top.
