Please get your nose out of the account book. It colors your view of what is happening to Ucore and the world at large. Lets see what Pat has done off the top of my head.
1. He got Ucore out of that legal mess with MRT.
2. He got Ucore to buy the company that had RSX.
3. He had Ucore build a pilot plant
4. He did the deal for independent test, and change direction from AK to LA.
5. He got the commerial Demo plant build and up and run for testing.
6. He did the deals with DOD and Canadain government testing for 9 million.
7. He kept Ucore up and running while the Demo plant racked up the run time.
8. He is doing the offtake OEM deals.
9. He did the deal with LA to build the first SMC
In other words he has been running the company to get it up and running to make money. But your nose is bury so deep in the account book you can not see it.
Then there is what is going on in the world that you can't be bother to take notice. China is fall a part and are going to shut off REEs to the world. In a last chance to control REEs like they have for the last 30 years. Then the world is going to panic.
