RE:RE:Dashboard Up to Date with New WeightingsHey @shortstory thanks so much for the feedback! The delta is just a side thing that is the result of the following calculations:

NAV (after distribution) MINUS $10 MINUS FFN Stock Trading Price

When the result is green, then “in theory”, you are buying FFN at a discount compared to its current value. When it is red, then you are paying more for it than what it “should” be worth. Keep in mind that the trading value of FFN on the stock market doesn’t directly follow the NAV but it can give you some indications to make your buying or selling decisions.

As of 8PM on Friday October 4, 2024 that would be $16.191 - $10 - $5.92 = $0.271
