Don't you find it strange also that the client would request a quote for 36 torches, and the other client some 100 torches, 3 years and counting, before the tests are done, completed and ACCEPTED?
That was "pumping" at it's best, let me tell ya. Got a lot of people beleiving into $millions$ in contract(s) WITHIN a short period of time, including every other pumper on all boards expecting news release about it every day pretty much for the past 3 years +.
