I once heard that Scott was actually a barista. That might be disparaging to baristas. He was just a stooge for RHT. They probably gave him some stock. He had no understanding of public companies nor the IR function.... and that was before the CTO! These guys haven't accomplished anything towards reparation of the financials. And in the meantime they've just been stringing shareholders along.... while they paid themselves until the money ran out. 

There is something inherently wrong in our capital markets if this type of incompetence is permitted without any accountability.
