I think that we will see the 400k

The plant has only run for a short time and the throughput has been far less than capacity.
We only ran at around 53% capacity .
Also recovery is low- only 80%- this will be improved dramatically as we fine tune - we should be able get to the 91+% design
Improvements in throughput and recovery will get us to the 400K.
