RE:SEA's worse NightmareYou see conspiracies where there are none. TUD just needs to go ahead with its work. If TUD can prove up an economic reserve and get a mine plan approved within an Environmental Assessment Certificate it too will have mining rights and SEA has said they will flex the tunnels to accomodate such a reserve.
When SEA starts tunneling, the mineralization that comes out of the tunnels is stockpiled for TUD because TUD has the mineral rights. So nothing is lost.
As for possession being 9/10s etc, remember that BC owns the ground.
