RE:Just talked with Chris at TudorFordster I agree that Rudy is effed up as you say
You also said IR man Chris at Tudor says "Tudor will never let Seabridge infringe or ruin Goldstorm and Perfect Storm as that's developed...and they'll go as far as they have to legally. In the meantime, Tudor has more than enough work to do while Seabridge sits.He also pointed out the established legal precedent and Seabridge would never survive through the judicial system."
You have reinforced my points about the willingness of both parties to drag this through the courts if need be
This is the very development that needs to be avoided at all cost and as soon as possible or it will reflect in the PEA as evaluation inconclusive pending the outcome of the tunnel arrangement with Seabridge
A tunnel running through Goldstorm can and will nulify any preliminary economic assessment as it may very well lay waste a great portion of the deposits overall initial assessed value
Who should care about such details
These matter little around here
It matters a great deal to a major if this all gets bound up in a court battle With no definitive economic conclusions forthcoming for potentially years to come hanging in the balance due to the stubborness of the two parties in question unable to see the light immediately and get this thing resolved Its between the two now
Nevermind who's to blame
Both are if they don't work this out immediately
Clear enough now or will it take two or three more years or longer to come to see both are clearly at fault for not coming to the table regarding each others very relevant concerns
And what's to become of TUD and SEA as they languish in limbo going nowhere the next few years if they continue to be allowed to be too stubborn and brainless to see it all now as it should be
No permitting or mining by any party will happen until this is fixed first and the clock is ticking without another minute to lose
Rest assured all the majors will stay away until both parties fix this problem first
Shareholders could play a huge part in getting the ball rolling ASAP but have shown for the most part to be cowards
Too bad.
