The is a good chance we will get another bid

The is a good chance we will get another bidTeledine has equipment on 85% of all planes, somewhere around 18,000 in all. I always thought they would be the one to buy us out. I asked Bill about this and he gave me a resounding "NO", which gave me more confidence they they would!  Another candidate in L3. They paid Flyht to upgrade the 228, so they must see a future in that model. I am pretty certain Flyht did not do a license deal with L3, giving L3 even more incentive to bid. I am not holding my breath but keeping my fingers crossed.

Perhaps Kent was fired because he wanted to make the Edge and Edge+ perfect, rather than get the STCs asap and concentrate on selling. It was clear Bill wanted to do this. But, who knows, Maybe management just wanted to reduce expenses to make the company more sellable.

All in all, I am disgusted with this offer. If this goes through Firan will make big bucks and we all get screwed. Having said that I will probably take the Firan shares, rather than the cash. Judging by the five year chart, this is a good conpany to invest in, and the Edge should make them even better.
