And note, I haven't even discussed the fact that Pyro will be in a better position to raise money by way of equity offering, which is another thing that is very common for a growing business. 


Better position resorting to ... Mellon Trust, Mr. Pascali and/or Research Capital (I believe it is) and, let us not forget the MAJOR cloud overhead!
