No news is no news, can't say it's good news. The writ submission seems to be dragging on whereas a few months was said to be the norm. California being the way it is, and 2 out of 3 on the local committee against the development because it's roughly in the middle of the community, it's still long odds.
On the upside, they do have some high-power legal advice, there is some assurance given by the company regarding the disruption to the area as well as employment and tax revenue for the locals if they're interested.
It's just a waiting game on a thinly traded stock.
