Last year they knew many weeks in advance that they had a problem. They fired the previous auditor,
I think in June and the new guys need extra months to get the June quarter in line plus the audited report.
NOT a good look in that their paperwork / business model is too messed up that this has happened again -- and after the fact they are alreadt using the extra month to go final.

I am guessing maybe three more weeks to get this out??
