Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. RE:Gundlachi watched it as well, great listen. but he did cite specifically 20-30 year USTs and said bond-stock valuatin gap is extreme, he's interested in bonds. he leaves the door open to changing his views on USTs pending more news on how trump's tax cuts come into effect given ample supply of USTs which is his main concern. trump has cited he wants lower rates and lower USD and he normally gets what he wants, so let's see what happens.

gundlach also thinks inflation plunges below 2% next year in the US which should be good for Canada. front end rates are headed lower. long end rates is prohibitive to new construction, which may be good for existing asset valuation amidst a very very limited amount of supply coming online for CRE.
