RE:RE:Putting things into perspective

RE:RE:Putting things into perspectiveHi, thanks for your post...

Alot of this simply doesn't add up the way that this transaction is being presented and occurring. Back in the early days of the chapter 11, Nevada Copper (in court documents) set a 100 million USD sale price as a target to beat in order for the KEIP employees to be paid a bonus and up to a maximum sale price of 340 million...(if memory serves me well). This was even before the Stalking Horse bid was submitted.

The US Trustee responded back asking how setting that price actually sets a challenge? It's a long docket... there is more to this than what the public is being told and I'm pretty sure the courts have been explained the true situation before filing for C-11. I think an investigation has taken place in 2024 with Nevada Copper which explains why Buffington and Nutter had a portion of their holding revoked just before C 11.

I believe Vlad and Mercuria's transaction has been private and out of public view. Augusta Ressources (now copper world and still not fully permitted was acquired for over 500 million USD 10 years ago). It's about the same size as PH's OP. How do you explained such a discrepancy?

But during April and June, 2024 I heard from people working at Nevada Copper who those 2 bidders were. Kinterra Capital is not tiny - that's simply inclusionary.

Elliott Investments's Hyperion Venture will most likely be working with Kinterra Capital.

The smoke and mirrors continues...
