RE:RE:RE:Putting things into perspective Yesterdays filing on epik extends into 2025 and hav applied a trigger to collect the escrow of around 11/5M$. I had a meager read of the document – about 20 pages. It looks like concord will get wiped and not paid out of cash collateral.. U may take a peak – digest this ??

direction ? I think they plan to invoke the reclaim munic re- bond that has been cash-toped by apparently vlad/nci to the tune of 50M$. part of that trishura reclaim bond which the power company is part of.. its apparenty 2 – 250M$ bonds underwritten on the mine – 4 the mine w seperate invoicing.
It sound like the power company wants to cutt of the power and that mine will flood. Part of the tort had the nevada mine division clarifying there were 2 points where intrusion/water; were under a conditional level deficiency note – 3 yrs to correct.. the main shaft and the vent chaft had to B PLUGGED. The plug was below the aquifer.. the shafts went thru 2 aquifers..
→ when the state moved on the old ARCO site.. they came in and cleaned up for the tune of 30M$ - their money… now I think U can see the dire of these bonds 0 currently in force.. and trisuras demand the bonds were non-trnsferable to a money fund; they were not qualified miners or power engineers… plane jane simple.. trishura stated cold day in hades they were non bondable.. there are only one or two indurance companies N N america that write these bonds.. U do not shop aroun d w state farm or allstate.. !!

NCI was traded on the Pak Rim – Swiss – German – and USADR-TSX. They would make trades.. these trades would come up yellow on my trade station as yellow – IMPLIED AUCTION – and would B sold or not sold after hours w/n a 20 day window. Outside fo the regular reporting on the canadian side. TSX/TMX real time papertrades only clears thru the IROC and thru the CBOT in Chicago. Implied auction are swaps – dealer to dealer w/n the Big-7 banks/TSX in ca… the TMX is the global arm and has a web site… thats why U cannot find these… on the Pac Side its the Instinet. On the CBOT side its ITGVuze. U can watch these macinations on the TMX and occurs w/n the big & banks as trading partners…

The leak actually going thru two aquifers.. thats really new news from the epiks… and the state disclosed to trishura in a phone call recorded and transcribed to the court documents..
