Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

Munic Rhea. This is a re-insurance bond placed against the two primnary trishura bonds and is a bond that reinshures against bond defaults on the two primaries…

this bond was written Princenton NJ - 3^rd party..

I hav not seen recent news on the tort – there were hearings and placements on who was also on the power line installed by NCI on the anaconda mine site/pad (trans – sub station). These records are sealed until nov 2025..

if these bonds are revoked on the trishura side.. the munic re’s will kick in.. that 50M$ is cash up front from payla. That on deposite w met life @ elizabethtown nj..

here is where I digress.. if the TS bonds are pulled against kintera and not bondable and no viable mine lisc to mine in NV.. the is suspect Vlad will move on trishura and kintera in a lawsuit.

The cause is neglence.. kintera would probably loose and hav to eat the pluggs in th mine shafts. Thts why they are trying to grabb the excess collateral capitol -as- on friday.

as to money. It took 12 months to reduce 360M$ in debt bak to book of 60M$ for the fiscal. Thats wher the US Judge comes in. 128M$ is not 300M$ coming out of a DIP/ there book was only 60M$ - dure current going N2 2024…
