Total bs. Almost all co. NRs about acquistions include a purchase price so investors can determine if too much was paid.

The company doesn't have to discuss revenue and EBITDA with anyone because you won't be able to figure out it's value. I imagine there is a lot of  goodwill associated with the deal considering they seem to be at an early stage of operations, so no shareholder is going to be able to evaluate that.  You think you can evaluate a private company based on a few items like rev and EBITDA? You're wrong, and no one doing an acquisition would use you for advice.
