I like what I see. Investing in the business and looking for opportunities.

Generated $640k of fund flow from operations - there is that $2.6M per year. This should grow as they invest in the business (and rationalize SG&A)! Should generate steady positive cash flow/EBITDA with growth potential.

Cash of $4.1M at the end of the Q.. time to go shopping and execute on the strategy.

EV of $14.6m here. Dirt cheap IMO
