FORTUNES FOR THE REIT GURUS

FORTUNES FOR THE REIT GURUSAt least one or two CAD reits need to be acquired tomorrow, reasonable 30-40% premium to trading price.

Take that 150-200k and recylcle it with many REITS still lagging right now

Thats what I did in 2020 with Cominar and Brookfield Properties...and then when the real bull run started it was gravy

Why does no one want to acquire CAD REITS?

I have to believe Dream Office, HR, BTB, PRV, NWH, DIR can be bought out for 35% premium to trading price right now and still be a good deal, if thats even accepted as its still below NAV  (ignoring market cap size and just looking at the discounts)
