What is that, about 2.5 weeks....XRE moved up 13.5% from $14.81 to $16.48.

Good timing as well to reprice higher into the Santa rally and January period with all that new year optimism bs

I think we get going after the Nov ex-div date..

Im really playing the technicals and seasonality here, hoping theres no outlier data poiints or hawkish central bank talk that give shorts more reason to go pound us
