Its wireline products and services comprise data (including Internet access, Internet protocol television (IPTV), cloud-based services and business solutions), voice, and other communication services and products, which are available to its residential, small and medium-sized businesses and large enterprises customers primarily in Ontario, Quebec, the Atlantic provinces and Manitoba. This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

I agree. Always have to be ready for any deals that might appear, because a lot of loser stocks overreact on the selling side.

With BCE I'll start buying at $35.79 and take a full position at $33.33 if it gets there.

If tax loss season drops BCE Shares to those levels I'll buy, but only during December.

If it doesn't happen next month, I won't touch BCE next year if it drops to the low 30's..
