Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Hi Gary, yes as I showed you on my X post, at 3.2x leverage my reit portfolio kicks off a levered yield of 10.3%... that was using market rates, so as unit prices fall, those yields would go up. Furthermore, when rates are cut, the cost to borrow would come down and the yields would again go up. Anyways, all that to say - I agree, they are very cheap and a very compelling fixed income strategy (with underlying assets). Cheers lil homie. Chin up... not following any of ur imagine 40 daily posts... but I bet they are great. Long term hold and chill buddy. Don't sweat the day-to-day action.
