RE:RE:RE:Again the need is downsize the management team

RE:RE:RE:Again the need is downsize the management teamThey need alot more skin in the game...brutal imo; For the length of time Brent's been there and pres and he only owns 236,000 shares. The board needs to step up and call a spade with this mediocre performance YOY. First up change mgmts comp pkg.  Adjust their pay, to include a cash and share component, Can keep the same gross amount but take ~10% and buy shares on the open market (non dilutive) each month and deposit it into exec accounts. Should have done it last year when they gave out the bonus/raises. Helps them to build up ownership and it'll help with share price.  Let's be honest they have no intent of executing the NCIB and div's until consistently profitable and significant.excess cashflow when they have so many orders coming in and likely a ~24 month backlog...But then they should be re-investing to reduce the backlog. Come on John, kick the team in the butt and make them accountable.  The only small caps that are moving are profitable and growing, there's the benchmark.  GLTA, fingers crossed, should be only one direction to go from here only question is timeframe...1yr...5yr...10yr?
