I think he will get lower inflation and lower rates, a booming economy and real estate, and REITS will come back in 2025 due to him.
I could be wrong, but biden and mr powell with his power trip didnt get the job done, at least not enough
MAKE REITS GREAT AGAIN.
Just follow the velocity of money. It is still rising which is not suppose to happen in a hiking and now cutting cycle. Governments have ramped up spending which only delays and prevents the recession from happening in the short run. If Trump is successful at cutting wasteful spending and reducing the deficit then we will a slowing of the economy followed by a drop in yields. Government spending has propped up gdp numbers in North America but someone has to pay the piper. The can is getting kicked pretty far down the road.
Given the recent tapering of QT, the money supply is now expected to come into balance by the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2025.
