RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Neutral NRsYou need to stop ...lI'm suffering second hand embarrassment for you in both your comprehension and arithmetic skills. You do know what a R/S is .....right lol?
One last time!!! The starting point for the Asks (and Bids) post consolidation should be such that 1. It attracts interest from new investors and 2. won't be too low as to create an immediate slide back to the pre-consolidation sp. Insiders et al purchased all of the shares of one of the recent PP and a significant share of the other PP (both at $.02),
As terrible as some convey that management has been, does it make sense they are prepared to lose thousands with no recourse. If, as some suggest, their sole intent has been to rip off investors the idea that they'll be in a better situation to do more of this through a R/S doesn't make sense. When VTAL (ScreenPro) completed their R/S they at least had 10s of millions in covid test revenues that at the time showed no signs of falling.
While management was essentially the same ....the circumstances were not. The R/S for DM should have been done when they had millions in the bank and a much better sp.
