CWEB, there's been bankruptcy rumours for years.

I guess hemp sales aren't all that great - when one of the largest and oldest hemp producers is struggling.

Tikray distributes cweb products in Canada - seems like a perfect fit for Simple Simon - whose SOp is overpaying for failing companies.

ventura and quinlash will be happy - failing craft beer, floundering hemp - Simple Simon can make hemp cool again

More cannabis news/rumors

Following up on my info/rumors on Tilray yesterday, there have also been some very credible rumors of a rather large well known cannabis operator who's in deep trouble and seriously considerding filing for Chapter 11. I'm not exactly sure who it is, all i know is that it's an American operator. So as previously, take this info for what it's worth.

For those of you asking who it might be, all i can say is that i'm not 100% certain on who exactly will be filing for bankruptcy. But i've heard much talk/rumors surrounding the following companies, Cresco, Charlotte's Web and Ayr.

So it seems one of those might file for Chapter 11 before years end or early in q1 of 2025.  If i was a betting man, i would say Charlotte or Cresco. But who really knwos. This industry is in such a mess, that many are in deep trouble ready to file BK as well. Even the big guys like Verano and such.

So people know, i'm posting this info on this board because it seems the other boards are not really that active and this seems to be the best place to dessiminate this info. For the haters out there, stop trying to shoot the messanger, i stand by what i've stated about Tilray's situation. So either take it or disregard it
