VNQ IS A GOING HIGHER

VNQ IS A GOING HIGHERIt bounced off a support level of $93.xx FOUR TIMES in Oct and Nov after hitting $98.90 high in September.  Id have to say that $93 handle is being bought hand over fist.

It likely will run to $110 the highs in early 2022 before the hiking cycle....maybe by early 2025

What will XRE and CAD reits do? I simply dont know at this point.  From annual equal performance to -12% in 1 year.  Whose to say it wont be -20% next year?
