M & A IS LIKELYThe only catalyst that can move CAD REITS in a big way.....if you get any REIT being bought out at a 40% premium to trading price, that will send a message to the market and BOTS THAT CONTROL THEM
Looks like artis is going to be one of acquirers, like they did cominar.
that actually gives me the thought, the IRIS consortium joint venture team, maybe its time they go after another REIT here. Hopefully its one I own.
