You get shares of the New company Vinland Lithium listed on the first 2025 quarter at 1$ per share with an O/S of 10 millions : 2 millions shares for Piedmont, 2 millions shares for Sokoman co, 2 millions shares for Benton, 2 millions shares for Sic shareholder's and 2 millions shares for Benton shareholder's. At the END of the process Sic and Bex was Receive each an amounth of 5 millions $ in share value from Piedmont. Piedmont have 62.5% and Sokoman and Bex co each 18.75% of the Killick Property and 2% net smelter recovery.. A lot's of news to came after Vinland Lithium come on the market. I keep all m'y shares for the long Time.
