The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

HPQ will trade TWO shares of HPQ for 1 share of Evonik (evk:de).
This is a huge dilution for Evonik but the future value is exponential, with HPQ technology.
EVK trades @ Euro 17E today
Outstanding 470mm shares
Mkt cap E 8B.
HPQ mkt cap 94MM C$
HPQ trades @ C$ 0.26 today
Shares outstanding troday: 362 million.
Other alternative is for Evonik is to buy out the Polvere division only (only the FSR arm). But Evonik has a lot to gain from the promising battery technology.
