First look

First lookADF showed up on my stock screener this morning as a RSI winner. Never owned it and do not track it. 1 year chart showing a straight, downward trajectory. Its competitors like Aecon and Bird Construction are the exact opposite. July financials look good but a large drop in quarterly revenue from previous 1/4. What makes you think this company can turn the downward momentum around?
