High volume slaughter….!

Almost 1.1 shares traded today..   this was a great buying opportunity as people are taking their tax loss.. 

 you have to remember this has passed the lows ...   ( during the worst of Covid ) 

Are things really worse then the hieght of Covid ?

96% occupancy rate 

interest rates have already coming down and continue to do so..

38.5 % debt. /  book value

raises dividend every year .. 
 

should have a nice pop in the new year !! 

( after tax loss ) 

buy under $11  and wait ..
