AMY

AMY Was researching MGX earlier years...
Defiant, Manto Gold, Reverse Merger etc...

Came across Zimtu and MGX Longsworth claim transaction.

Then... i came across MGX transaction with AMY ( where Andris our CEO is now employed )
MGX + AMY = KOOT Silica Claims.
Sedar files mentioned AMY had staked KOOT.
So i wanted to search if AMY really staked the Koot claims or was fed claims from
Zimtu or Dahrouge Consulting Geologists.

Side tracked in web search, i also found...

AMY PDF - page 3
In June, 2013 the Company announced that it has received the “US Patent No. 8460681” from the United States Patent and Trade Mark Office for the Company’s manganese recovery process. The Company intends to continue to explore various commercial opportunities generated by this intellectual property including but not limited to manganese metal or dioxide production from its Artillery Peak claims; technology licensing; potential royalty streaming; and applications for electric vehicle cathode materials recovery and recycling.

Where have i seen that Artillery Pesk name before, i asked myself ?
Of course.

Anfield Energy Inc.
(“WMI”) to acquire a 100% interest in 50 unpatented mining claims in the uranium-rich Artillery Peak project area, located in Mohave County, Arizona (the “Claims”). The Claims are adjacent to Anfield’s current project in the Date Creek Basin and increase Anfield’s uranium asset acreage in the area. Historical records indicate a potential uranium resource in the Artillery Peak/Date Creek Basin area of approximately 2.8 million pounds of U308*.

AEC same zipcode as, AMY
Artillery Peak manganese deposit in western Arizona
https://recyclico.com/artillery-peak-deposit/
AMY.... seeks manganese.

Now.... when i was researching SA uranium geology....
I came across research papers that spoke about uranium bonding to other minerals.
Iron, Calcium, Vanadium, Tungsten, Sulphur Potassium, Phosphorus and Manganese have an acute affinity relationship with uranium.

Manganese acts as a collector of, uranium ( forms bonds ) high affinity.
Calcium same.
Potassium and Phosphorus same.
Iron has been proposed for Uranium clean up. ( research papers )

Did i find anything else about AMY buying Silica Koot claims   vs  staking Koot Silica ?
Nope.

Many junior explore reports on Sedar don't get into - great detail.
Kept very vague.
