It should have been a pretty simple NR that CIRO would rubber stamp.  But agree that if there was disclosure or lack of disclosure, on where the $210 million is and/or closing date issues then CIRO would have held it up..............but in that case I think they would have halted it.

As for US markets being closed, has NO impact on being able to issue NR.  Thats a FACT

because they're listed in US as well I would assume release wouldn't be able to go out before they are able to trade.. Just an assumption there but I don't expect a release until tomorrow. Very frustrating but I think that's what's going on here.
