Maybe I'm wrong and there will be $10 Billion Cash left over after paying associated liabilites. I didn't look deep.... Did company say anything as to Profit/Loss to the plan asset sales????

Maybe a Huge Gain???? Some assets probably been owned for many many years, maybe decades. Maybe huge gain on those????

Any accountants out there that can shed some light?
