From Ceo.ca NO PRIVATE PLACEMENT

From Ceo.ca NO PRIVATE PLACEMENTPoster were emailing the IR of NILI and it was stated that the company is NOT CONSIDERING any PP.

What they are doing is discussing a partnership agreement that will not only bring financing for drilling but carry them for the projects success.

To me, this sounds like a $ 150 million to $ 200 million cash deal for piece of the pie  (maybe 70% 30%).

I think it will be with Evolution Mining.   They really have nothing to lose and the value of their land financings the project easily.  They are also a billion $$$ corporation so they can bring the project to success on their own.

If they do not want to go all the way in the project, then they bring it up to par and sell it off, making a bundle.

Good Luck,
