You know Seppelt, Nomoney is right ,This management team is in the top 2% of being the best in the business.How many companies do you know can pump 180000 boe/d and lose 20% of stock price after quarter results.If there is a merger happing it's probably with bte, They can change the name to DUMB & DUMBER.
