RE:Pioneering is never easy...Ever heard of photofrin? It has been used since 1995. So PDT is not new to the FDA.  Now that that is out of the way, try and find the reason why the FDA is gun shy of approving this particular PDT.  Specifics would be nice. Like someone said, Invest wisely, not blindly.
