Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

CALENDAR ALERT.

CALENDAR ALERT.Monday is officially December trading.  Its always been my plan to have refilled my cup by then and I did just that, scooping up more shares of lots of reits this week.  70% rebought the shares I sold at the highs

The market is just keeping these trds depressed for me to accumulate, and now its my timeframe where I expect the rally to resume.  Maybe they will give 1-2 more weeks?
