RE:RE:Great Points from @ordos

RE:RE:Great Points from @ordosBcontv, how can you endorse such a statement from @imminent (quote; “In fact, if you take a look at the 9 months ending on Sep 30, fees decreased by >50% compared with 2023.”)

The fact is, in Q2 they reversed $4M reserve for bed debt, showing only $500k in operational expenses or “fees” as @imminent call it.
Do you think they laid off 85% of their staff in that quarter just to rehire them in Q3, where their operating expenses went back to $4.5M?

@imminent there is plenty of progress across multiple business lines: fumed silica, powders, tunnelling, drosrite, waste destruction, pfas, aluminum remelting furnaces - so yes, i'd argue stronger than yesteryear, which is what you appear stuck on. it's clear that PYR has vastly expanded its customer base, and i believe that the small one-off contracts today will lead to the bigger contracts eventually. this is small cap land and basing your investment thesis solely on financials (which PYR has actually also improved over the past few quarters compared to the all-time lows of 2023 deserves some applause) may cause you to miss out on massive price run ups. i choose to maintain a bullish outlook

@imminentTechnically, revenue IS revenue, you may be confused with SG&A expenses. Semantics, whatever, fair enough, but you didn't mention that SG&A expenses significantly improved throughout this year compared with 2023. In fact, if you take a look at the 9 months ending on Sep 30, fees decreased by >50% compared with 2023. You also didn't mention that gross margins for Q3 2024 were 41.8%, compared with 29.8% in Q3 2023. Gross margins ending at 9 months ending on Sep 30? 31.1% in 2024 vs 29.4% in 2023. Not bad. Amid greatly improved quarter-to-quarter and year-to-year financials, the 27 million dollar contract is a win, don't try to undersell it

@ordosHow about this:

1. HPQ Silicon
a. Fumed Silica (FSR)
b. QRR + synthetic fuel
c. SiOx battery anode additive
d. Autonomous hydrogen generator

2. Metal Production / Processing
a. Iron
b. Aluminum
c. Steel
d. Magnesium

3. Metal Recovery
a. Aluminum Dross

4. Additive Manufacturing Materials. Switched to direct sales in Europe
a. Titanium Powders

5. Cement
a. Progressive Planet collaboration to produce cement additive
b. Furnace system - pilot, U.S. Department of Energy & U.S. structural materials entity engaged in the development of advanced cement materials

6. Mining Supplies (parts / equipment)
a. (April 17, 2024) Pilot to for cast houses of major mining parts supplier for mining industry

7. Tunneling
a. Master agreement signed with EarthGrid PBC, non-refundable downpayment received, work order negotiation in progress pending completion of client's fundraising

8. Waste Destruction
a. Military i. PAWDS - US Navy Aircraft Carrier systems - fully commercial and operating ii. PACWAD - Warfare destruction systems - fully commercial
b. Civilian i. SPARC ii. PFAS destruction iii. PRRS - Plasma Resource Recovery System

9. Renewable Natural Gas

10. Hydrogen (turquoise) production - lab / pilot testing

11. Adhoc projects in various application fields and by request
a. Specialty High Power Torch System 4.5MW and recently (October 21, 2024) a 20MW High Power Torch System ($27MM contract) (unnamed Aeronautics & Defense client)
b. Energy Transition Chemical Industry c. Emission Reduction Research

12. Graphite
a. Initial contract with graphite producer to design and manufacture system to produce synthetic graphite

@ordosJust the partnership with HPQ Silicon alone is worth hundreds of millions of contracts & recurring revenue. Any doubts about how HPQ Silicon is progressing with the business lines, which are all based on QRR developed and built by Pyrogenesis?

@ordosA single unexpected hard contract of $27MM less than 2 months ago for US hypersonic weapons contractor for a novel 20MW torch system alone is worth more than 25% of the current market cap.

@ordos@googlesvancouver You are welcome, I find that I often need to refresh memory for some here, including you. I will paste it again in case you forget yet again or still do not understand the big picture. I have been around since 2017 when I first bought shares of Pyrogenesis, I think that is long enough to have conviction.

This is not a restaurant equipment manufacturer, this is high tech plasma technology applied in multiple (heavy) sectors, most of which are completely new applications, requiring time to adopt, especially in heavy industries with a few big and slow moving players. Once contracts ramp up, cash flow increases, stabilizes, Pyrogenesis will get institutional investors, will buy back stock, pay out dividends.

Also, it is not like this stock hasn't been manipulated heavily throughout the years.
