RE: What's up?

RE: What's up?Seems to me the only thing holding the company together was the original people from the private company. I have talked extensively with a number of people regarding this company and it seems the problem is that the B.O.D. was (and probably still is) only along for the ride and hasn't done a dam thing to help. The company's past management (Way) was not experenced in raising money or running a public company and appearantly wasn't qualified to make miracles happen. While they certainly didn't make many friends with the shareholders over the last year, they did manage to put the company into a position where I am told it either is now or will become profitable this year. The newest management team is not even employed by the company but a contractor hired for an interim time (?) period. This company needs to turf the board, needs to have new blood on the board and a new President to help the company realize its potential by bringing a fresh approach to the market and bringing financing so that they can take get the products exposed to the market. If it doesn't happen soon, there won't be any of us long termers hangin on for much longer.
